I was born in your hospital in 1986. Unfortunately, I lost a copy of my birth certificate due to the tragedy we had at home last month. I am so thankful to you for being so cooperative and helpful to me. Processing my a new copy of my birth cert became hassle free and quite fast. Thank you.
