Will the library or some other office have a record of my training? Of course Social Securtiy has a record of my employment but can I obtain a copy of my training records? If so, how?

I had a benign tumor removed from my upper jaw. Is it possible that I could get a copy of my medical records? My mother's name is Elaine M. Dorn and my father's name is Richard L. Dorn. My birthdate is 4/2/1961. I ask because last month my mother had a benign tumor removed from her upper jaw, an ameloblastoma. I am interested in knowing if the tumor I had removed was the same as hers. Thank you for considering this request.
