I tried to phone in for an appointment but they were completely booked, and when I did finally get an appointment I was stuck in the waiting room almost two hours after I had been scheduled! I then had to cancel and reschedule for another day. Hopefully things are simpler this time, otherwise I'll have more to say about this place in the days to come!
